Shipping Across Canada

We proudly ship our products anywhere in Canada. Whether you are in Quebec or any other province, we ensure your order reaches your doorstep.

  • Note: Some extremely remote areas may be subject to shipping restrictions. If our carrier cannot service your area, our customer service team will contact you promptly to find an alternative solution.

Transparent Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your delivery address. The exact amount will be displayed in your cart before checkout: no hidden fees, you pay the fair price.

Processing & Tracking

As soon as your order is confirmed, our team works to prepare your items for quick dispatch.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your package leaves our warehouse.
  • A tracking number will be provided (based on carrier availability) so you can follow your delivery in real-time.

No International Shipping

We ship our products across Canada, with the exception of the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. To maintain high standards of speed and reliability, we limit our operations exclusively to Canadian territory. No transactions or deliveries are conducted outside of Canada.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in strictly new condition:

  • The item must be intact and unused.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, sealed and unopened.
  • Notice: For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns will be accepted if the box has been opened or if the item has been handled.

Return Procedure

  • Authorization Request: Before sending any items back, you must contact our customer service team to obtain return instructions.
  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs related to the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the product. A confirmation email will be sent to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution’s policies.

⚠️ Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on clearance or promotion.
  • Personalized orders.
